Authorization. Please complete your total payment before the due date, in order to receive your admission tickets.
Changes, Refunds and Cancellations. Before making your purchase please confirm the number of requested tickets carefully. There are no changes nor refunds in case of cancellation by the assistant.
Ticket delivery. When your payment is authorized, you will receive by email your admission tickets in a PDF file. You can print it on any printer.
The print must be legible. Please don't fold the sheet , to allow the check in scanners to read the barcode.
It's IMPORTANT to show your printed tickets at the event. Otherwise you will not be able to check in.
Do not share your tickets with anyone else. If the same ticket is used more than once, your admission to the event will be denied. We suggest you to take care of the downloaded file, as well as the printed tickets in a safe place to avoid being used by any other person.
The file has PDF format, so it is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
